Sara Wolkenfeld

Sara Wolkenfeld is the Chief Learning Officer at Sefaria. Sara has held this position since 2013. Prior to that, they were the Director of Education at the Center for Jewish Life - Hillel at Princeton University from 2008 to 2013. Sara was also the Co-Director of the Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus from 2008 to 2013. Sara has a wealth of experience in the Jewish community, having served as a Teaching Fellow at S.A.R High School from 2005 to 2006 and as a Synagogue Intern at United Orthodox Synagogues from 2004 to 2006.

Sara Wolkenfeld received their Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Judaica from the University of Pennsylvania. Sara continued their education at Drisha, Beit Morasha, Midreshet Lindenbaum, Yeshiva University, Nishmat, and Pardes Kollel.

Their manager is Daniel Septimus, CEO. Sara Wolkenfeld works with Brett Lockspeiser - Co-Founder & CTO, Lev Israel - Chief Data Officer, and Sarit Dubin - Senior Communications Manager.
