Daniel C. Bargmann

Daniel C. Bargmann currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH, a role initiated in 2023. Previously, Daniel held the position of Head of Human Resources at Taylor Wessing Germany from 2021 to 2023, and prior to that, served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Generali Global Corporate & Commercial from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities included global HR management for corporate and specialty insurance lines. Daniel’s career also includes significant roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Egon Zehnder International, and Volkswagen Group, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, and strategic HR initiatives. Daniel holds a diploma in Business Law with a concentration in HR Management from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
