Dave Tetlow

Dave Tetlow currently serves as the Principal Manager of Museum and Galleries at Sefton Council since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions at South Ribble Borough Council, including Shared Cultural Services Manager and Shared Service Arts and Heritage Manager from July 2020 to June 2025. Between June 2013 and June 2020, Dave was the Arts and Heritage Manager for Chorley Council, where responsibilities included the management and development of Astley Hall Museum and Art Gallery alongside broader arts and cultural initiatives in the borough. Earlier experience includes roles such as Museums Manager at Darlington Borough Council, Museum Director/Curator at The Green Howards Museum, and Museum Officer at Greater Manchester Police. Educational qualifications include an MA in Heritage Studies from The University of Salford and a BA (Hons) in History from The University of Bolton.
