Cindy Monteiro

Cindy Monteiro is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Finance at SEG Automotive since July 2023, Cindy oversees the global finance function, ensuring compliance with external reporting obligations and managing worldwide financial statements. Prior to this role, Cindy held various positions at SEG Automotive Portugal, including Corporate Finance Services Director and Head of Department Finance & Accounting, where responsibilities encompassed governance, process ownership, and strategic execution within the finance function. Cindy’s previous experience includes managerial roles at Bosch and Nors Group, with a focus on finance department setup, internal auditing, and shared services administration. Cindy holds an Economics degree from FEP U. Porto and completed a WoB program at Porto Business School in 2022.
