Paolo Tamba

Paolo Tamba has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Paolo most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Segafredo Zanetti, a market-leading espresso coffee company with a turnover of approximately €100M and over 400 employees and sales agents worldwide. Prior to that, they were the Group Chief Financial Officer at Cadicagroup SpA, where they played a key role in the company's financial management and strategic decision-making. Paolo also served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Dulevo International SpA, a leading manufacturer of sweepers for industrial and urban cleaning. In their early career, Paolo gained significant experience in transaction services and auditing while working at EY. Paolo held various roles, including Transaction Services Director, Audit Senior Manager, Auditor, and Stager, where they developed expertise in due diligence engagements, debt restructuring projects, and overseeing audits for listed and private companies across different sectors.

From 1987 to 1992, they attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they obtained a Laurea in Economia e Commercio specializing in Indirizzo Prefessionale.

Prior to that, from 1981 to 1986, Paolo attended Liceo Scientifico Enrico Fermi and obtained a Laurea in Economia e Commercio.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Revisore dei conti from the Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze (MEF) in April 1999.
