Richard Marks has over 20 years of work experience in information technology, with a focus on server administration and network operations. Richard worked at U. S. Steel - Gary Works from 2001 to 2005 as a Server Administrator, where they managed servers, workstations, users, and printers. Richard also provided backup support, help desk assistance, and maintained logon scripts. Since 2005, they have been working at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, progressing from a Systems Administrator/Help Desk Manager to a Network Operations Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology.
