Richard S. Marks

Richard Marks has over 20 years of work experience in information technology, with a focus on server administration and network operations. Richard worked at U. S. Steel - Gary Works from 2001 to 2005 as a Server Administrator, where they managed servers, workstations, users, and printers. Richard also provided backup support, help desk assistance, and maintained logon scripts. Since 2005, they have been working at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, progressing from a Systems Administrator/Help Desk Manager to a Network Operations Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology. In their current role, they oversee IT operations and resource management across multiple cities. Richard has successfully negotiated contracts and implemented communication initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings and improved efficiency.

Richard Marks earned an Associate of Science degree in Information Systems and Computer Programming from Purdue University Northwest in 1998. Richard then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Networking from the same university in 2001. After a gap, Marks pursued a Master's degree in Technology - Leadership and Management Concentration from Purdue University Northwest, graduating in 2018.
