Rishi Kakar is currently the Chief Scientific Officer and Medical Director at Segal Trials. Rishi also serves as the Primary Investigator and Board Certified Psychiatrist at SICR-Innovative Clinical Research, where Rishi conducts Phase I, II, III, and IV studies in various therapeutic areas. With a background in Psychiatry from Georgetown University Medical Center, Rishi has extensive experience in clinical research and psychiatry.

Segal Trials, founded in 1998, is a privately held network of seven research sites throughout South Florida conducting Phase I-IV research trials with a primary emphasis on psychiatry, neurology, addiction, insomnia, general medicine, healthy volunteers, infectious diseases, vaccines, and women’s health.
