Mike Pruett

Mike Pruett is an experienced asset manager currently leading asset and project management activities at Segale Properties LLC since January 2018, overseeing a diverse real estate portfolio that includes industrial, commercial, residential, agricultural, and natural resource assets. Prior to this role, Mike served as Vice President of Land Management and Business Development at Green Diamond Resource Company, managing real estate sales and land asset management initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as VP of Land Management at Meritage Homes – Orlando, Vice President of Planning and Entitlements at Centex Destination Properties, and Director of Planning and Environmental Services at Harper Houf Peterson Righellis. Mike began their career as a planner at David Evans and Associates, Inc. Educational qualifications include a BS in Earth Sciences from Montana State University-Bozeman, an MS in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
