Jessica Baldridge

Jessica Baldridge is a seasoned professional in business development and partner management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Segmed, Inc. since October 2022. With extensive experience in strategic program development, contract management, and partner relationships, Jessica has effectively managed over 60 partners at Olive and led diverse teams at Glooko to enhance partner portfolios and optimize lifecycle management. A Master of Social Work graduate from Northern Kentucky University, Jessica's background includes roles in human services, case management, and international development through the U.S. Peace Corps. Additionally, Jessica holds a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Northern Kentucky University and has a foundational education in psychology from Wittenberg University.
