Kevin McHugh

Kevin McHugh is an experienced professional in risk management, governance, and compliance, currently serving as an Independent Director at Segpay and a member of the National Advisory Council for the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments in Ireland. As Chair of the ISPCC, Kevin is dedicated to advocating for children's welfare, while also providing governance risk and compliance consulting at Priory GRC Consulting Limited. Previous roles include Chief Risk Officer at Bank of Montreal (Europe) Plc and various leadership positions at AIB, where Kevin focused on credit portfolio management, compliance, and risk across multiple divisions. Kevin's extensive career began at KPMG Ireland and includes significant contributions to the Irish Stock Exchange as well as Goodbody, placing emphasis on risk management and regulatory frameworks. Kevin holds fellow status with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
