Robert Roberts has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies. Robert started their career at SheVaCon in 2002 as the Chairman, where they organized a yearly convention with over 900 attendees. Robert then joined NTELOS in 1999 as an IT Administrator and later became the Desktop Support Manager, leading a team in providing customer support. At NTELOS, they also served as the Application Support Manager, overseeing a team maintaining and supporting numerous software systems. In 2012, they joined Lumos Networks as an IT Senior Operations Manager, responsible for software acquisitions, support contracts, and managing a large budget. Robert is currently the Director of IT Operations and Support at Segra since 2018. In this role, they manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines for a fiber provider on the east coast. Overall, Robert Roberts has a proven track record of successfully managing IT operations and support teams in fast-paced and growing environments.
