Mario Ferroni

Mario Ferroni serves as the Regional Director for Italy at SEGRO plc since March 2008, where Mario oversees a leading portfolio of modern warehouses and light industrial properties within a prominent UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Prior to this role, Mario Ferroni was the Direttore Commerciale Italia at GSE from January 2007 to March 2008, where responsibilities included the comprehensive management of construction projects, encompassing financial structuring, site selection, technical studies, design, execution, and post-sale services within an international framework of 450 professionals across multiple countries.
