Nick Banton

Nick Banton is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in property and building surveying. Currently serving as Associate Director, Technical Development at SEGRO plc since September 2009, Nick oversees property maintenance and refurbishment within the Greater London portfolio, coordinating both internal teams and external consultants. Previous roles include Associate Director of Refurbishment at Brixton plc, where Nick managed construction projects, and Associate Building Surveyor at Frankham Consultancy Group, leading various sector projects. Nick's career began as a Building Surveyor at Cluttons and Cunningham Lindsey.
