Dorothy Rivera-Perez

Dorothy Rivera-Perez is an experienced professional with a background in finance, human resources, and the arts. Currently serving as a Finance/HR Assistant and Finance Clerk at SEGUE Institute for Learning since July 2017, Dorothy has also contributed to the Puerto Rican Institute for Arts and Advocacy, Inc. as a Cultural Director and performer since June 2012. Prior to these roles, Dorothy held multiple positions at Build-A-Bear Workshop from August 2010 to July 2017, including Associate Manager, where responsibilities encompassed store operations, sales management, employee training, and customer service. Dorothy holds a BA in International Business and Marketing from Bryant University, earned in 2012.
