Joseph Lydick

Joseph Lydick has extensive work experience in various HR and personnel management roles. Joseph has served as the Director of Human Resources at Segue Manufacturing Services since February 2018, where they review and makes recommendations for improvement of personnel policies and ensures compliance with employment legislation. Prior to that, they worked at Windifeld Alloy from March 2012 to January 2018 as an HR/EHS Manager, responsible for the overall administration of the human resource function and implementing environmental health and safety systems. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiter at MRI-Boston from 2010 to 2012, and as a Contract Manager at The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operational Services Division (OSD) from 2005 to 2009. Joseph also has a significant military background, having served as a Sergeant First Class in the U.S. Army from 1984 to 2004.

Joseph Lydick completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Columbia Southern University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the School of Business at Portland State University from 2000 to 2002.
