Catalin Alvadanei has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Catalin started their career as a Telesales Advisor at Telekom Romania in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Software Development Intern at Softem&Partenerii. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Design Engineer at Romversis TOP. In 2017, Catalin joined SEGULA Technologies as a Mechanical Design Engineer, later transitioning to the role of Lead Engineer in 2019. At SEGULA Technologies, they were responsible for validating weight and materials datasheets, assisting with the release procedure in PLM platform, and ensuring correct allocation of harnesses and connectors for different vehicle types. Currently, Catalin is working as a Design Engineer at ALTEN Delivery Center Romania, where they are involved in designing body-in-white parts for Volvo Cars.
Catalin Alvadanei has a diverse education history. In 2013, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. Catalin then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Design and Innovative Products from the same university between 2014 and 2016. Recently, in 2020, Catalin attended InfoAcademy and received a Cisco CCNA Certificate in Computerized Networking Systems and Telecommunications. Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications from Cisco: CCNA in Introduction to Networks in November 2020 and CCNA in Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials in March 2021.
