Valentina Sarmiento Osorio

Valentina Sarmiento Osorio currently serves as the Head of Science, Culture, and Sustainable Performance at Seguros Bolivar S.A since August 2024. Valentina has extensive experience in innovation and research, previously holding various roles at Banco Davivienda from January 2019 to August 2024, including Trend Research Leader at the Innovation Observatory and Trend Research Professional, where responsibilities included leading research strategies and developing trend research to foster innovation. Additionally, Valentina was involved in leading the "Experimenta" youth ecosystem and worked as an innovation intern at Grupo Bolívar. Valentina holds a Specialist degree in Innovation Strategic Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2021-2022) and a degree in Industrial Design from the same institution (2014-2019).
