Eva Alvarez Andrés is an experienced professional in business development and customer service management. Currently serving as the Responsable de desarrollo del negocio at Seguros RGA since December 2014, Eva oversees the Development of Business and New Channels for product commercialization. Prior to this role, Eva held the position of Customer Service & Loyalty European Manager at CIGNA from 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities included developing customer service policies and managing a diverse team to enhance customer loyalty through strategic initiatives. Eva's earlier experience includes leadership roles in customer service at Grupo Celeris and Citigroup. Educationally, Eva holds a degree in Political Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1997-2002).

Las Cooperativas de Crédito nacieron en Europa a principios del siglo XX con el objetivo de aportar soluciones a las necesidades planteadas por los sectores agrarios y de consumo, a los que les resultaba difícil, acceder al crédito bancario tradicional. Las Cooperativas de Crédito Agrarias, conocidas como Cajas Rurales, jugaron un papel básico en el desarrollo del sector agrario. Actualmente este papel se ha ampliado y se caracterizan por prestar un servicio adaptado a todo tipo de usuarios. En 1984 se constituyó el Banco de Crédito Agrícola (BCA). El grupo asociado BCA-Cajas Rurales, acogió a 51 Cajas Rurales.
