Maria Perez Sevilla is an experienced Actuary with a strong background in actuarial science and financial management. Currently serving as a TECNICO ESPECIALISTA ACTUARIO Y ALM at Seguros RGA since November 2022, Maria specializes in implementing the AXIS actuarial calculation model for SII, IFRS17, and ALM reporting. Previously, at CASER from January 2001 to December 2022, Maria held the position of ACTUARIO SENIOR Especialista SOLVENCIA II, focusing on the calculation processes for Solvency II provisions and maintaining relevant actuarial models. Additional experience includes working as an ACTUARIO SENIOR in the area of actuarial risk control for life and pensions and as an Actuary JUNIOR, where Maria contributed to the implementation of SAP R/3 finance programs. Maria's educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Solvency II from EOI Business School and a Licenciatura in Actuarial and Financial Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, among others.

Las Cooperativas de Crédito nacieron en Europa a principios del siglo XX con el objetivo de aportar soluciones a las necesidades planteadas por los sectores agrarios y de consumo, a los que les resultaba difícil, acceder al crédito bancario tradicional. Las Cooperativas de Crédito Agrarias, conocidas como Cajas Rurales, jugaron un papel básico en el desarrollo del sector agrario. Actualmente este papel se ha ampliado y se caracterizan por prestar un servicio adaptado a todo tipo de usuarios. En 1984 se constituyó el Banco de Crédito Agrícola (BCA). El grupo asociado BCA-Cajas Rurales, acogió a 51 Cajas Rurales.
