Alfred Pierce

Alfred Pierce has extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and Managing Director at SEI since 2003, Alfred leads the Global Asset Allocation and Portfolio Construction Team and manages a group focused on corporate finance, actuarial services, and risk budgeting for institutional clients. Prior to SEI, Alfred worked at Wells Fargo from 1987 to 2003 in investment banking, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising, after beginning their career as a Staff Accountant at PwC from 1984 to 1987, where responsibilities included audit and tax compliance. Alfred holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business, completed in 1984, and attended Germantown Academy from 1978 to 1980.
