Nikhil Taneja

Nikhil Taneja is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, investor relations, and investment banking. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Navi since May 2025, Nikhil leads M&A activities, equity capital raising, and investor relations efforts. Prior to this role, Nikhil held the position of Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Inshorts from June 2022 to April 2025, overseeing multiple fundraising initiatives and corporate strategies. Nikhil's earlier experience at Goldman Sachs spanned nearly a decade, culminating in the role of Executive Director in Technology Investment Banking for Southeast Asia, where Nikhil managed numerous M&A transactions and capital raises. Nikhil began the finance career as an Investment Banking Analyst at YES BANK before progressing through various roles in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Nikhil holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.E. in Manufacturing Processes & Automation from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
