Kevin Dieser

Kevin Dieser, MBA has extensive work experience in learning and development, training program management, and leadership roles. Kevin currently works at SEI as the Middle Office Training Lead, where they are responsible for leading training programs for over 320 employees, developing training strategies, and supporting the implementation of new technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Iron Mountain as the Lead Learning Consultant, overseeing the learning program for the Customer Care business and partnering with internal clients to drive change management efforts. Kevin also has experience at Vanguard, where they held multiple roles including Executive Response Manager, Supervisor, Corporate Trainer, and Investment Consultant. Kevin has a track record of coaching and developing talent, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving client satisfaction. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Financial Advisor at MassMutual Eastern Pennsylvania and Waddell & Reed.

Kevin Dieser holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Penn State University. Kevin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management from Villanova University. In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained several certifications related to leading and managing virtually, including certifications from LinkedIn in Leading Virtually: Vulnerability and Presence when Working from Home, Leading at a Distance, and Managing Virtual Teams.
