Michelle Brady currently serves as General Counsel in Dublin for SEI, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle was with State Street from June 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading the legal team for Alternative Investment Solutions EMEA as Managing Director. Michelle's extensive legal career includes positions at Axiom Legal, Jefferies International, White & Case, Shearman and Sterling, and Linklaters, with a strong focus on corporate law, M&A transactions, and legal advisory for financial services. Michelle holds a BCL in Law from University College Dublin, an LLM in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and completed the Law Society Finals at the College of Law, York.
