Inc. since August 2015. Prior to this role, Kelly worked at Woolpert as Survey Tech Advisor from April 2012 to August 2015 and as Survey Crew Coordinator from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in the career, Kelly held positions at LTR Land Surveying as Survey Crew Chief and at JR Engineering as Survey Technician. Kelly's educational background includes a degree in Advanced Technical Studies, Land Surveying from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completed between 1999 and 2002.
