Kurtis Schaper

Kurtis Schaper began their work experience in 2010 as a Service Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where they were responsible for directing the duties of the Kitchen Manager and general crew, as well as monitoring and improving the customer service experience. In 2012, they joined Seiler Instrument & Mfg. Co. Inc. as the Director of Human Resources.

Kurtis Schaper obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University between 2012 and 2015. Later, between 2019 and 2022, they pursued a Certificate in Paralegal Studies at St. Louis Community College.
