Mikko Asunmaa

Mikko Asunmaa is a seasoned Real Estate Manager with extensive experience in property management and consultancy. Currently serving as Real Estate Manager for the City of Seinäjoki since April 2017, Mikko oversees several property management companies, including Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoen Palvelutalot and Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoen Ruokatalo, among others. Previous positions include Real Estate Manager at Realia Isännöinti from September 2014 to March 2017 and Forestry Service Consultant at L&T Biowatti Oy from May 2011 to April 2014. Mikko’s educational background includes ongoing studies toward a Master of Business Administration at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences and a professional qualification in property management from KIINKO, complemented by a degree in Forestry Engineering from Rovaniemi University of Applied Sciences, and foundational education in business from Suupohjan ammatti-instituutti.
