From 2014 to 2015, they were an Organizational Culture Change Officer and Manager for the Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas in Ecuador. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Business Sales Manager for Doxatter. From 2020 to 2022, they were an Independent Insurance Agent for LIVETSEGUROS and is currently a Customer Service Specialist for Seis. Throughout their career, they have provided legal advice, mediated insurance policies, and managed communication and coordination for various organizations.

Ricardo Espinosa completed a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador between 2000 and 2004, which was approved in Sweden by Högskolaverket. Ricardo then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Comunicación organizacional, general from the same university between 2000 and 2007. In 2018, they completed an ESPECIALIZACIÓN EN SEGUROS in Seguros from Instituto de Banca y Seguros.
