EFREN GONZALEZ

EFREN GONZALEZ has worked in a variety of roles since 1990. EFREN began their career as a Projects Engineer Jr at Constructora INELCO, S.A in Juarez, Mexico. In 1992, they moved to BUFETE TECNICO INDUSTRIAL in Juarez, Mexico, where they worked as a Project Engineer Jr. From 1995 to 1996, they worked as a Molding Maintenance Supervisor Jr. at PLASTINDUSTRIAS DE MEXICO. Following this, they worked as a Molding Maintenance Engineer at THOMSON TELEVISIONS OF MEXICO from 1997 to 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Molding Process & Maintenance Engineer at Medtronic. EFREN then moved to Eaton Molded Products, where they worked as a Molding Supervisor Sr. from 2006 to 2015. In 2015, they began working at Honeywell as a Molding Process & Mfg Sr. Engineer, a role they held until 2019. EFREN currently works as a Molding Process Sr. Engineer at SEISA.

EFREN GONZALEZ has a long and varied education history. EFREN began their studies in 1988 at the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, where they earned an Electrical Engineering degree in 1993. In 1999, they obtained a Certification Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. EFREN then attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey again in 2002, where they earned a Total Productive Maintenance degree in 2003. In 2014, they completed a Master Molder I degree from RJG, Inc. in the field of injection molding process. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree from the Instituto Superior de Ciencias in 2018. In addition to their formal education, EFREN GONZALEZ has two certifications, a Green Belt from Honeywell obtained in 2016 and a TPM from Tecnológico de Monterrey obtained in 2006.
