Celaena Powder

Celaena Powder serves as General Counsel at Seismic since April 2021, overseeing legal, compliance, and information security for a global SaaS company with over 1,500 employees and leading a team of more than 16 professionals. Additionally, Celaena is a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsels. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Gunderson Dettmer, where representation of over 100 companies encompassed diverse legal matters, and earlier positions at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Fox, and Hogan Lovells. Celaena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Individualized Study from NYU Gallatin and a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law, recognized as a RAND Institute Empirical Legal Studies Scholar.
