Janet Lindo

Janet Lindo (CIPD) currently serves as the Director of People Operations for EMEA at Seismic, a leader in sales and marketing enablement, since December 2019. Prior to this role, Janet held the position of HR & Talent Director at Harvest Digital, the UK’s oldest independent digital media agency, from July 2018 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes Associate Director HR for EMEA & APAC at Sprinklr, a comprehensive social media management platform, from September 2014 to April 2018, and Senior HR Manager in EMEA & APAC at TBG Digital from February 2004 until its acquisition by Sprinklr. Janet's qualifications include a Level 5 CIPD distinction and participation in MHFA, TCM Group, and Yale University education programs.
