Jeff Rinaldo

Jeff Rinaldo possesses extensive experience in technical support and sales enablement within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support Operations and previously as a Sr Support Technologist at Seismic since July 2018, Rinaldo has contributed to enhancing sales productivity through the implementation of comprehensive sales enablement tools. Prior to Seismic, Rinaldo worked at The SAVO Group from September 2010 to July 2018 as a Sr Application Support professional, focusing on delivering effective sales materials and information. Rinaldo's career began at CNA Insurance, where roles included Production Support Senior Specialist and Infrastructure Lead, showcasing a strong foundation in application and infrastructure support from November 1995 to September 2010. Rinaldo holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
