Rachana Poddar

Rachana Poddar is a highly experienced professional in strategic consulting and technical integration, currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategic Consulting at Seismic since April 2016, where Rachana leads a high-performing team and focuses on delivering outcome-driven service solutions while enhancing operational efficiency through a Center of Excellence practice. Rachana's previous roles at Seismic include Director of Strategic Consulting and Director of Platform Integrations, where innovative integration solutions and Go-to-Market strategies were developed to enhance scalability and performance. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Solutions Architect and Senior Implementation Engineer, delivering custom integration designs for major clients such as IBM and Siemens Healthineers, and earlier roles in technical support and development at Saba Software and Sintegrator. Rachana holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Atharva College of Engineering.
