Mike Bollich-Ziegler

Mike Bollich-Ziegler is currently serving as the Collective Bargaining & Employer Relations Manager and has previously held roles as a Collective Bargaining & Employer Relations Project Specialist at SEIU 775 since January 2022. Prior to this, Mike worked at IKEA from December 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing customer resolutions for one of the highest volume stores in the US, leading a team of 12 in customer service, and implementing innovative processes for returns and exchanges. Additional experience includes positions at Alaska Airlines, Standing Partnership, Kaldis Coffee Roasting Company, the St. Louis Post Dispatch, and various roles in educational institutions, showcasing a diverse skill set in customer service, communications, and strategic problem-solving. Mike holds an Associate in Business from Seattle Central College and has completed coursework in General Transfer Studies at St. Louis Community College—Meramec and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
