Rosangela Ramos Mbengue

Rosangela Ramos Mbengue has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at SEIU Education & Support Fund. Prior to this, they worked as a Change Consultant at Facilitate Change LLC in 2020. In 2018, they held the position of Adjunct Professor at Providence College while also working as an Impact Manager at City Year Providence. From 2017 to 2018, Rosangela served as an Access Advisor at College Visions, assisting first-generation students with the college process. Rosangela also worked as a Program Coordinator at Smith Hill Community Development Corporation from 2016 to 2017. In 2016, they gained experience as a College Access Program Assistant at College Visions, where they assisted students with the college process and focused on data entry for the organization. Additionally, they served as a Resident Assistant at Providence College from 2014 to 2015, creating a positive community environment. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Afterschool Program Assistant at Juanita Sanchez's Afterschool Program Office from 2013 to 2015 and as a State Senator Assistant Intern at Rhode Island State House from 2012 to 2013, where they took notes during meetings and bill hearings and engaged with community members.
