Beau Reynolds

Beau Reynolds has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the field of political and campaign management. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Program Coordinator for Soulforce Inc. In 2008, they served as a Field Director at FieldWorks for a year. From 2009 to 2010, they were involved in campaign management at NOI Strategies. In 2010, they became the Political and Legislative Coordinator at AFSCME until 2011. In 2012, they joined SEIU Healthcare WI as a Political Strategist, and later that year, they became the State Field Director for SEIU in Wisconsin. In 2013, they moved to SEIU Local 1000, where they held multiple roles, including Assistant Statewide Field Director and Director of Statewide Field Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Special Assistant to Vice President Margarita Maldonado.

Beau Reynolds obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Valdosta State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from the same university, attending from 2005 to 2007.
