Heather Klima

Heather Klima has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Heather is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources at SEIU Local 503 since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at WCIS, LLC from June 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they served as the Regional Manager of Human Resources at Sinclair Broadcast Group from March 2020 to March 2021. Heather Klima obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Oregon University, where they studied from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Art from the same university, attending from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their academic degrees, Heather Klima has also obtained several certifications. Heather is a Certified Practitioner from The Predictive Group, Inc., achieved in November 2017. Heather holds a 30 Hour OSHA certification from the Occupational Safety Health Administration, obtained in February 2014. Heather Klima is also a certified mediator, having obtained the Oregon State Certified Mediator certification from the State of Oregon. Lastly, they have a Dale Carnegie Leadership Certification, although the details regarding the obtaining month and year are unspecified.
