Dawn Richardson

Dawn Richardson is an experienced professional in labor relations and human resources, currently serving as a Union Representative and Labor Relations Representative at SEIU Local 668 since January 2017. Prior to this role, Dawn has worked at the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Human Services as a Caseworker since November 2014, and at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry as an Intake Interviewer/State Examiner from August 2010 to November 2014. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals from April 2008 to April 2009, and as a Telemarketing Supervisor at Interstate Readers from February 2003 to December 2008. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Penn State Scranton.
