Krista Finnegan has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Krista started their career as an Answering Service Supervisor at The Phone Works in 2000, where they managed a large client-based call center. Krista then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Mahoney's Deli/1930 Hoagies from 2005 to 2009, handling payments, credit card processing, and creating expense reports. From 2007 to 2009, they also served as a Customer Service Rep Billing Assistant at National A-1 Advertising, providing administrative support and processing payments.

In 2009, Finnegan joined the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Public Welfare as a Clerk Typist 2, where they reviewed and registered benefit applications. Krista later became an Energy Assistance Worker, responsible for determining eligibility and providing benefits for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at Penn Terminals Inc.

Their most recent role was as an Income Maintenance Caseworker at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where they conducted client interviews, analyzed data, and made financial determinations for income maintenance programs. In 2015, they also took on the role of Alternate Chief Shop Stewart at SEIU Local 668. Overall, Finnegan has demonstrated strong administrative, customer service, and analytical skills throughout their career.

Krista Finnegan attended Academy Park High School from 1997 to 2001. Krista did not obtain any degree or field of study during their time there.
