Celeste Cristi-Ybarra

Celeste Cristi-Ybarra is an experienced Network Administrator and IT Technician at SEIU UHW since August 2004, specializing in Office 365 Administration, help desk support, network troubleshooting, and telecom management using Cisco Communication Manager.
