Yiran Zhang

Yiran Zhang is a Strategic Researcher at SEIU Local 1 since May 2019, focusing on property services in Ohio and Detroit, and involved in initiatives such as the Chicago Fight for $15 and the Environmental Justice Committee. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Philosophy Department at Loyola University Chicago from 2016 to 2019, and various academic roles, including Private Tutor and Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University, as well as research assistant positions at Wright State University. Yiran Zhang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Philosophy, and Molecular & Cellular Biology from Vanderbilt University, completed in 2016, and graduated from Beavercreek High School in 2012.
