Bruno Kocher

Bruno Kocher is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Sekai. Bruno has also worked Swiss Data Labs AG, Hitachi Vantara, Swisscom, and Ewag AG.

Bruno has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Bruno started their career as a Project Manager at Ewag AG in 1996. In 2005, they became the Head of Enterprise Storage at Swisscom. Bruno held this position for four years before moving to Hitachi Vantara in 2009. Bruno spent eleven years at Hitachi Vantara, eventually becoming the CTO & Enterprise Architect Office - Digital Transformation - Industry 4.0 - Smart Manufacturing.

In 2020, Bruno co-founded Sekai, a company that provides digital twins for the industrial internet of things. Bruno is passionate about helping companies digitize their operations and is an expert in designing complex solutions for data-driven platforms.

Bruno Kocher has a DAS in Data Science from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Business Administration and Management from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, and is a Software Engineer FH and Ingenieur HTL in Mechanical Engineering from Berner Fachhochschule BFH.
