Mike Dieters

Mike Dieters is an experienced operations leader with a significant tenure at SEKISUI S-LEC, serving in various capacities since 1999. Currently, as Director of Operations, responsibilities include overseeing the filmplant in Roermond and resinplant in Sittard-Geleen, with full P&L accountability. Previous roles include Plant Manager and Manager Operations, focusing on the production of PVB film for the automotive and architectural segments. Dieters also served as a Field Service Engineer and QA Manager at Sekisui S-Lec America, LLC, where duties involved supervising overall plant operations and managing budgets and strategic plans. Holding an HBO degree, Dieters has demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills throughout a diverse and impactful career.
