Charlie O'Rear

Charlie O'Rear has extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and quality assurance, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality at Sekisui Specialty Chemicals since July 2009. Previous roles include Operations and EHS Director and Site Leader at the same company. Charlie's career began at Hoechst Celanese as a Process Chemist from 1988 to 1992, followed by positions at Celanese, where responsibilities evolved from QA Chemist to Operations Section Leader and EHSA/Technical Manager. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Texas Tech University, completed in 1988.
