Simon Karlskov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon started their career as an Educational Employee at Legoland in 2002 and worked there until 2004. In 2008, they joined Cryos International as a Software Developer, where they built custom software applications and maintained daily operations. Simon later took on the role of Support Manager, handling intern support questions and solving technical problems. In 2010, Simon co-founded Sekoia, where they served as a Partner and Support Manager, helping develop a digital solution for care institutions. In 2018, they joined SynergyXR as an IT Project Manager. Currently, Simon is employed as an IT Project Manager at NIRAS.

Simon Karlskov obtained a Cand. IT. degree in Communication, Innovation, and System Development from Aarhus University, which they attended from 2009 to 2010. Before that, from 2006 to 2009, they obtained an IKT - Engineer degree from Aarhus School of Engineering, specializing in Computer Software, Team Management, and Interface Designing. In July 2019, they also obtained a certification in Mastering Digital Project Management from The Digital Project Manager institution.

Hence, the care sector is desperate for efficiency and quality aids that harness this complex trend.
