Mounia Khaled has held various roles in the digital and customer service industries since 2017. Mounia began their career as a Chargée de Marketing et Business Development at KLF Com, before moving to BMCE Capital as a Chef de projet digital in 2018. Mounia then held a Customer Experience, Engagement and Community Manager role at The Coca-Cola Company. In 2019, they held a Chef de Projet Digital role at Mars, as well as a Strategic Marketing & Business development Associate - Digital Transformation role at MedinCell. Mounia currently holds Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager roles at SEKOIA.IO.

Mounia Khaled has a diverse educational background. From 2018 to 2019, they attended Montpellier Business School, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) - Programme grande école in Digital Marketing - IBMD. From 2016 to 2019, they attended Groupe ISCAE, where they obtained a Master 2 - Programme grande école in Marketing et communication. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Classes préparatoires HEC, where they studied Economie, commerce et gestion - option technologie.
