Cameron Kirby

Cameron Kirby has a strong background in human resources and facility security. They began their career in 2011 as a Technical Recruiter at OnPoint Consulting Inc and continued in this role until 2014 when they joined Halfaker and Associates, LLC as a Technical Recruiter. In 2015, Cameron joined SeKON Enterprise, Inc where they started as an HR Specialist & Facility Security Officer and later progressed to HR Manager & Facility Security Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources & Facility Security Officer at SeKON Enterprise, Inc.

Cameron Kirby holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management, which was obtained from Liberty University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Elon University from 2000 to 2004 and earned a degree in Communications, with a focus on Corporate. Additionally, Cameron has obtained several certifications in various areas such as Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work, Impromptu Speaking, Leadership Fundamentals, and Speaking Confidently and Effectively from LinkedIn in April 2021.
