Valentina K.

Valentina K. started their work experience in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at the Administrative Office of The United States Courts. Valentina then joined SeKON Enterprise, Inc. in 2018, where they held multiple roles. Valentina worked as a QA/QC Lead and later became an Information Assurance Security Analyst. In their role as an Information Assurance Security Analyst, they focused on identifying risks associated with software and hardware systems, working with system infrastructure teams and other security experts to protect customer information and company digital assets.

Valentina K. completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) from 1997 to 2002. Valentina then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2015 and 2020. In 2017, Valentina also completed a CyberAdvantage Course at Montgomery College, specializing in Cyber Security. In May 2022, they obtained a certification in "Develop Interpersonal Skills for Inclusive Workplaces" from LinkedIn.
