Eng.rayan Awan

Eng. Rayan Awan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property and project management, currently serving as the Property Management Service Director at Sela since July 2021. In this role, Rayan leads the Property Management Services Department, overseeing Facility Management, Remodeling and Fit-Out, AVL, Safety, and Security services while managing departmental budgets for optimal resource allocation. Previously, Rayan held positions as Property Operations Manager at Sela and Deputy Technical Manager at ADIF, where responsibilities included project supervision, tender evaluations, and technical documentation. Rayan's earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Dr. Samir Abbas Hospital and a QC Mechanical Inspection Engineer at Applus Velosi. Rayan holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Midocean University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University.
