Born in Konya in 1954, Hulusu Kurtuluş Karpuzcu is a graduate of Konya Maarif College. After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, she continued her working life as a manager in Nazım Pharmaceutical Warehouse and Nazım Pazarlama companies. He is still working as Statistics and Planning Manager at Selçuk Ecza Holding.
