Rick Koontz has over 15 years of experience in property management and business operations. Rick started their career as a Vice President of Operations and Facilities at Atlantis Asset Management, where they managed multiple companies' portfolios, including student-oriented units, commercial suites, a storage center, and a subdivision. Rick served as a Project Manager for new developments and implemented a successful plan for student turnover. Rick then worked as a Property Manager at Signature Place Apartments and a Manager at Premier Real Estate. Rick also served as an Association Executive and Past President at Central Iowa Apartment Alliance. In 2010, Rick took on the role of Director of Operations at Elevate Property Management. Rick later worked as a Community Business Manager at Seldin Company and PMR Companies. Currently, Rick is employed as a Community Business Manager at Seldin Company since 2018.
